This policy explains what information Gladly Given ("we," "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you submit a sponsor or distributor inquiry, we collect what you provide directly: business name, your name, email address, phone number (if given), and any message you include. We do not collect payment information through this site — sponsorship and distribution terms are arranged separately, directly with us.
How inquiries are handled
Forms on this site submit directly to Formspree, a third-party form service, which forwards the information to Gladly Given's inbox. Submissions are stored in our Formspree account (accessible only to us) as well as delivered by email, so we can follow up and keep a record of past inquiries.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, this policy will be updated with details of what's collected and why.
How we use your information
- To respond to sponsorship or distribution inquiries
- To coordinate logistics for a campaign you've agreed to take part in
- To send occasional updates about upcoming drops, if you've asked to hear about them
We do not sell your information to third parties.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and sponsorship correspondence for as long as it's relevant to an active or potential partnership, and delete or archive it when it's no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing the address below.

By using this website, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Use of this site
This site is provided to share information about Gladly Given and to let prospective sponsors and distribution partners get in touch. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through its forms.
Sponsorships and partnerships aren't finalized here
Submitting a form on this site is an inquiry, not a binding agreement. Sponsorship pricing, label placement, distribution logistics, and any other commitments are finalized separately in direct communication with Gladly Given, and only take effect once both sides confirm them.
Intellectual property
The Gladly Given name, logo, and site content belong to Gladly Given unless otherwise noted. Sponsor and partner logos remain the property of their respective businesses and are used only with permission, for the agreed campaign.
No guarantee of outcomes
We describe sponsorship and distribution benefits in good faith based on our plans for each campaign, but we can't guarantee specific attendance, impressions, or business results from any drop.
Limitation of liability
Gladly Given isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or participation in a campaign, beyond what's separately agreed in a specific sponsorship or partnership arrangement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Gladly Given grows. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
